The $99 service-call fee covers the on-site assessment. It does not include repair work; any repair is quoted separately after the assessment.
As a rule of thumb, if the unit is over 12 years old and the repair exceeds 30 % of the cost of a new, high-efficiency system, replacement usually saves money long-term. Our techs will walk you through both options with projected energy savings and warranty details.
